A Workshop on “The Power of Effective Communication” was held at the Association Office on 15^th September, 2021 by Ms. Neeru Kumar. The main highlights of the programme were Dynamics of Real Communication, Power of Thoughts and Words, Laws of Communication, 7Cs of Effective communication, Breaking the ‘Barriers’…building the ‘Bridges’ etc.

A session on “Toyota Production System” (TPS) was held at the Association Office on 19^th October, 2021 by Dr. Lalit Kumar, an experienced Professional with a demonstrated history of 22 years. The objective of the TPS session is to develop people to surface and solve problems and also to achieve the high-quality products at low cost and short lead time. The session was well attended by the participants.

A physical session on “Power of Positive Attitude – Improving Productivity” was held on 23rd December, 2021 by Dattopant Thengadi National Board for Workers Education and Development (DTNBWED) at FIA Office. The objective of the workshop is to enable the participants to know about positive work culture, positive attitude, teamwork, discipline, enhancing productivity, and sustaining quality improvement.

A Webinar on “Transform to Perform” was conducted by Dr. Rajeev Puri, Internationally Acclaimed Management and Motivational Speaker on 18^th February, 2022. The session was very informative for the participants.

A Seminar on “Art Managing Time- Enhancing Productivity” was conducted by Dr. Anshu Arora having 24 years of experience on 26^th March, 2022 for Managers & Executive level. This main objective of the Seminar was included how to Identify core goals and organize time around them, Make a calendar with all important due dates, Break big projects into specific, small tasks that can be done in a short time, Prioritize a daily to-do list, do important chunks FIRST and Make quality time for your priorities.

A half day workshop on “Resource Optimization – Intelligent Management” was conducted by Ms. Powshali Guha Kar International Corporate Trainer & Founder- UDAAN, Motivational Speaker & Life Coach at the Association office on 10^th June, 2022.

In this workshop participants were able to understand that how with the help of Resources Optimization & Intelligent Management techniques they can Obtain a realistic view of both demand and capacity to deliver, Manage and prioritize work requests and set appropriate expectations with key, Determine true resource availability, Put the right resources on the right work at the right time, Understand what roles and/or skill sets to hire to full-fill stakeholder commitments and Deliver programs that drive innovation and transformational change.
