We like to share that the Faridabad Industries Association (“FIA”), a premier industries association of North India was formed in 1952 by a group of enterprising industrialists. Over the years, FIA has grown to include about 400 members and has become one of the most effective and outspoken industry associations in the Northern Region.
One of the core functions of FIA is helping the industry in terms of getting their views across to the Government and addressing individual company’s grievances, especially small and medium enterprises. FIA is also involved in various Corporate Social Responsibilities like Environment, Sports, Cultural, Rural Education, Blood donation, etc.

The definition of Large Scale, Medium Scale and Small Scale Industry is given below:
A. Small Industries shall be defined as individual manufacturing units having annual turnover of upto Rs. 10 Crores per annum.
B. Medium Industries shall be defined as individual manufacturing units having annual turnover of Rs. 10 Crores to Rs. 50 Crores per annum.
C. Large Industries shall be defined as individual manufacturing units having annual turnover of over Rs. 50 Crores per annum.
The Membership Shall commence when the Executive Committee accepts the application for Membership and the same is communicated in writing to the Member Industry
