Interactive session – ESIC “SPREE 2025” (Scheme to Promote Registration of Employers and Employees) – 1st August, 2025

Faridabad Industries Association organised an interactive session with  Mr. SL Meena , Regional Director, Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Govt of India on 1st August, 2025. The session focused on “SPREE 2025,” a special scheme by the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation to promote the registration of employers and employees. Additionally, members had the opportunity to address their grievances and representations related to ESIC.

An awareness session on the Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana (PM-VBRY) and Employment Linked Incentive (ELI) Scheme – 2nd August, 2025

An awareness session on the Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana (PM-VBRY) and Employment Linked Incentive (ELI) Scheme was successfully held at the Faridabad Industries Association on 2nd August, 2025. This event was organized under the initiative of the Division Employment Office, Faridabad.

We were honored by the presence of the following dignitaries, who delivered insightful addresses on these newly launched schemes:

* Shri Rajeev Ranjan, IAS, Principal Secretary, Youth Empowerment & Entrepreneurship and Labour, Government of Haryana
* Shri Krishan Kumar, Regional Commissioner-II, Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO)

The session saw enthusiastic participation from our member industries.

EPFO: Nidhi Aapke Nikat Meeting to address the grievances/issues/complaints of member industries was held on 28th August, 2023. During the meeting following were present from EPFO Dept.:

  • Shri Amrendra Kumar Sharma, (Section Supervisor), District Nodal Officer
  • Shri Pulkit Vasishth, Social Security Assistant.

A workshop on Women Safety and Security under the Sexual Harassment of women at workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and brief update on Higher Pension issue was held on 1st April, 2023 by
Mr. S.K. Gupta, Advocate of Delhi High Court & Supreme Court of India &
Mr. Dhruv Gautam, Advocate on record, Supreme Court of India.

Meeting – Women Safety and Security under the Sexual Harassment of women at workplace

A meeting regarding Women’s Safety and Security under the Sexual Harassment of women at workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 under the Chairmanship of Smt. Renu Bhatia, Chairperson, Haryana State Commission for Women was held on 13th February, 2023 at the FIA office.

The Chairperson highlighted the seriousness of the act passed in 2013 to safeguard the harassment of female employees at the workplace.
