Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme 2024
A Seminar on Direct Tax Vivad se Vishwas Scheme (DTVSVS) 2024 was held on 11th December, 2024 at FIA office.
Ministry of Finance, Government of India has brought out Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme 2024. The 2024 Scheme enables settlement of disputes pending as on 22 July 2024 under Income-tax Laws. As per the present Scheme, the taxpayer can settle their tax dispute by paying only the taxes due and getting waived off it’s interest and penalty component (subject to the conditions). In many situations, taxpayers can settle their dispute by paying less than the taxes due on them.
