The inauguration function of the building was done on 27th October, 2013 by Shri Bhupinder Singh Hooda, then Hon\u2019ble Chief Minister of Haryana.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2013 the Mental Health Care Centre (MHCC) has been providing OPD services to differently abled patients suffering from various mental ailments at a very subsidized cost. We had made a modest beginning in 2014 by establishing modules for Centerless Grinding and Welding with the financial and material support of our members.
